Hi, I’m Nikki Walsh—certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and wheelchair user. I created Nikki Walsh Adapt Fit to help other wheelchair users feel strong, confident, and empowered in their bodies. After a spinal cord injury changed my life, I refused to let it limit me. Instead, I turned my passion for fitness and wellness into a platform to show what's possible when we adapt and keep pushing forward.
Through my content, coaching, and programs, I share real-life strategies for strength training, healthy eating, and living a more independent, joyful life. I know what it's like to feel frustrated by inaccessible fitness spaces and generic advice that doesn't work for our bodies.
